What happens at the limit?
Your Space stays online and every message is saved to your inbox, so you can always answer personally. Your counterpart pauses until the allowance resets or you upgrade. Visitors are never shown your plan or usage.
Do unused responses roll over?
No. Every billing period starts with a fresh allowance.
How do I manage billing?
Payment methods, invoices, and cancellation live in your secure Polar portal. Cancel anytime — your paid plan stays active through the period you paid for.
